How to get here

Along the Road, Own Car/Rental Car:

• You can reach Senja all year round by car via Finnsnes.
• You can combine driving and car ferry along the National Tourist Route between Tromsø and Senja year-round.
• If you travel in the summer, you can also use the summer ferry between Senja and Andenes.
• Bardufoss Airport is the closest, with a scenic 1 hour and 45-minute drive to Torsken.
• Tromsø Airport and Evenes Airport are approximately a 3 hour and 15-minute drive from Torsken.

• From Tromsø: Price 3,500 NOK per person, minimum 2 people.
• From Finnsnes: Price 1,500 NOK per person, minimum 2 people.
• From Bardufoss: Price 2,500 NOK per person, minimum 2 people.

By Sea

• The express boat departs from Tromsø city center several times a day towards Finnsnes and Harstad. The trip takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes to Finnsnes, where we can pick you up. A 1-hour drive to Senja by Heart.
• If you come from Harstad, the boat trip takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
  The Hurtigruten and Havila’s famous route along the Norwegian coast between Bergen and Kirkenes stops daily at Finnsnes at 11 AM on the northbound route, and here we can pick you up by car/bus.

Arctic Route

• Daily departures in the summer season along the National Tourist Route between Tromsø, Senja, and Lofoten: (15.6.24-31.8.24). You can book a ticket to Gryllefjord where we can pick you up for further transport to Torsken (must be booked separately). On these routes, you can hop on and off along the entire stretch.
